Devlon Paris offers a limited exchange policy on purchases made online. Please read this policy in detail prior to making a purchase. Due to the crafted workmanship involved with creating most of our products, we offer Exchanges Only - No Refunds. 

We want to ensure your ultimate satisfaction and will be happy to exchange for any other size, color or style if you are not happy with what you receive.

This exchange policy is only applicable to regular price items sold online at or sold at a Devlon Paris popup event. The exchange policy has the following exceptions:

  • All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are final sale and cannot be exchanged. 
  • All made to measure or customized items (suits, shirts, blazers, trousers, engraved accessories, etc.) are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

In order for an exchange to be valid it must meet the following conditions:

  • You must have the original receipt or invoice provided at the time of purchase
  • You must contact Devlon Paris within SEVEN (7) days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization number. You may use the contact form to initiate contact and select the option for "Exchange" from the Type of Inquiry drop-down. 
  • You must complete the Exchange Form and return all items to Devlon Paris within 14 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt, original packaging and the completed exchange form. Items received after this date may be returned to sender. 
  • The merchandise must be clean and in an unwashed, unworn and unused condition. 

Exchanges can only be made within the same collection. The Client must make an exchange selection with 21 days of requesting the exchange authorization code. 

Client is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Please Note: There is a 25% exchange fee applied to all items for partial coverage of associated design and manufacturing costs incurred during the creation of your product. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The Exchange Process

Clients wishing to make an exchange, please read the following steps:


Contact Devlon Paris using our contact form within SEVEN (7) days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization code.


Please visit our website at for exchange options and if you are able to add the items to your cart they are in stock. Please contact your support representative (will be provided to you when you request your authorization code) to reserve these items so that they do not sell out and to prepay for the exchange shipping, Devlon Paris cannot reserve items via the contact form.

Devlon Paris does not offer store credit, so we recommend you contact your support representative to reserve the items you would like for exchange. Exchanges arriving without an item reserved, may be returned to the sender within 21 days of receipt.


You must then print (unless otherwise instructed by your support representative) and complete the exchange form and enclose it with your exchange. 


The merchandise MUST be postmarked within SEVEN (7) days of receiving an exchange authorization number. Please include the original receipt or invoice, original packaging, a complete exchange form and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the outside of your package. 

The merchandise must be in an unwashed, unworn, unused condition. Devlon Paris reserves the right to return the merchandise back to sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy. 

Note: We strongly recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if your do not have proof of shipping and tracking. 


Once your merchandise arrives at Devlon Paris, we will inspect your order to ensure that is in clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition. Please allow 4 - 7 business days for your exchange to be processed. When your order has been processed, your credit card will be charged for shipping and your will receive an email with a tracking number.
