We take great pride in our products and strive to provide each customer with the best possible customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with a non made to measure product purchased from our e-Store or at a Suite XVIII popup event, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date. You must have a valid receipt dated within 14 days or less from the original purchase date.
Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.
All Credit Card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that made the purchase.
Made to measure clothing is not returnable due to the nature of its unique design for each customer. However, any dissatisfaction with made to measure orders should be reported to our customer service department and we will make every effort we reasonably can to address and resolve the complaint. Our goal is always to ensure your satisfaction with our garments and products.
