When you set your fitting appointment, arrangements will be made for your fitting session with a certified member of our Stylist Concierge team. A $75 deposit is required to confirm your fitting appointment.

If you do not live close to a Devlon Paris fitting area then we arrange an online fitting consultation to provide clear instructions on how to get your custom measurements completed in your local area.

Please remember that if you are doing the fitting with your local tailor, that all measurements should be taken "off the body" - which means that the measurement tape should be snug around your body.

At your fitting appointment, you will first be measured for your custom garment. The next part of your appoinment will be your Private Garment Session with a member our Stylist Concierge team. Enjoy a "taste" of our wide variety of fabric styles and types catered to your desires and budget.

If you are not located in one of our current areas for in person appointments, we also have several online sessions with a member of our Stylist Concierge team designed to service remote customers with the same level of service and attention.

Once you have made your selection, payment is due at the end of your fitting session (unless other arrangments have been made) so that we may proceed with the creation of your custom garment.

Your new garment will arrive in 4 - 6 weeks (often sooner). We aim for perfection, but with made to measure garments, there are times when slight alterations may be required. We arrange a follow up fitting with you after your garments are ready. This is to ensure that the garments fit you well and look fantastic on your body.

If alterations are required, we will arrange to have these done at one of our approved alteration locations.

For remote customers, your garments will arrive you in the manner you requested and your Stylist Concierge will arrange a follow up online appointment to confirm the fit of your garments. If alterations are required, your Stylist Concierge will provide clear directions on what you need to do.
