We stand behind all of our products and are pleased to offer warranty options on select products. If you require assistance in redeeming your warranty please contact your personal DP Stylist Concierge or you may contact our Customer Service and a DP Stylist Concierge will help you with the rest.

Suits

All suits from Devlon Paris come with a One (1) Year warranty after the purchase date. The warranty includes:

Standard Button Replacement for any Trousers or Jackets
Fix of any Hemming Damage for Trousers

Ties

Our signature Devlon Paris neckties carry a six (6) month reduced price replacement warranty that will cover any damage to the necktie.

To redeem the warranty, return the defective product along with a copy of the original receipt and you will receive a warranty voucher to purchase a tie of equal or lesser value from the current available necktie selection, at a replacement cost of $10 plus shipping and handling.
